Suples Mentorship Philosophy:
Suples Wrestling is a year around, USA Wrestling Chartered Program to develop Champions at all levels. It is a comprehensive program, inclusive of all three wrestling styles: Collegiate, Greco-Roman, and Freestyle. The goal of the world class Suples, Ltd. Coaching Staff is to recruit and help the Parents, Athletes, and Coaches from all age groups, all Wrestling Styles, and all Wrestling Groups or Clubs to achieve their maximum potentials both at Suples practices and at competitions. Further, it is our purpose to work in full collaboration with Parents and Club Coaches to help facilitate the best results for the individual athlete, both while at Suples and at their Home Club or School. The Parent and Athlete during competitions is welcome to choose their own Club Affiliation, or wrestle for Suples, and we are totally supportive to that end; creating Champions for life, both on and off the mat.
Level I: Suples Elite
Suples Elite Athletes will develop into Champions, through world re-known coaching “Systems,” advanced technique, intensive training, aggressive nurturing and mentorship; from the standard age group levels to the highest Regional, National and World levels to exceed their potentials and achieve their dreams.
To be accepted to train at the “Suples Elite Team,” athletes must earn their spot on the Team by demonstrating consistent and proven performance at the highest levels of competition by winning the U. S. Nationals, achieving All-American status, and/or qualifying for the Cadet or Junior World Teams at each level, regardless of age division. The athletes are expected to demonstrate commitment, discipline, and leadership amidst their coaches and peers by training a minimum of six (6) times per week. The minimum of three (3) practices a week are required at Suples Ltd. at either the Boise or Pocatello Facility; and an additional three (3) times per week on their own if necessary. (However, it is strongly encouraged that all practices occur at Suples where ever possible to guarantee program continuity).
Level II: Suples Strong
Suples Strong Athletes will develop superior Mental Attitude and Toughness, proprietary “Wrestling Specific” Strength and Conditioning, Intermediate to Advanced Technique, and a “Fighting Spirit” unique to the Suples Ltd. “ Winning Systems.
To be accelerated to the “Suples Strong Team” will require a minimum commitment of six (6) work outs per week. Three (3) work outs are required to be at the Suples Gym at either Boise or Pocatello, but the remaining three (3) work outs can be completed at home, at another club, or location by following specific Suples Ltd. training plans regimented for “Wrestling Specific” strength and conditioning performance at this level. Suples Coaching Staff will provide customized work out programs to best suit each individual wrestler’s needs for those who are excused and unable to make it to the morning work outs. Excused absences are accepted, as it enables our Coaching Staff to pair the best partners in advance to ensure the conditions most necessary for growth and success during each practice.
Wrestlers that train at home are required to be accountable for their consistent workouts by having a parent, guardian, or coach sign the form, as evidence of successfully completing the designated tasks. Periodic Performance Evaluations will be administered to ”measure” real progress towards the stated goals.
Level III: Suples Fit
Purpose: Suples Fit athletes will develop a systematic baseline of physical and mental proficiencies; constantly measuring progress to elevate their technical and core competencies to the intermediate level. A Suples Fit athlete will strive through proprietary “wrestling specific” strength and conditioning; focus on safety from injury while elevating expertise through perfectly practiced technical wrestling foundations. Specific protocols are established by which Suples Fit Athletes will strive to claim personal victory by achieving the next higher level of high performance training by being Suples Strong.
Requirements: Any athlete who works out less than six (6) times per week will be considered as a member of the “Suples Fit” Team. (Regardless of whether they purchase the training pack at $175 per month for unlimited coaching; Suples levels of membership are driven more by commitment and performance, rather than by money. All athletes that work out less than six (6) times per week will be considered on the “Suples Fit” Team until such time as their performance evaluations and results demonstrate it is in their best interests to safely elevate to the next highest level.
Suples Little Tigers
Purpose: To develop young future Champions, nurture values, and provide core levels of achievement from the beginning Grass Roots levels.
Requirements: Suples Fit Athletes will be for kids from 5-10 yeas old (these kids can also be on the Suples Elite Team if they win Nationals and they work out 6 times per week)
Fees for each level:
Payment for specified levels and rankings will not be based on the amount of money athletes pay per month, but rather on performance results and on the commitments necessary to achieve said results.
For example, it is projected that we could have athletes on the “Suples Elite” or “Suples Strong” Teams who can only come three (3) times per week to train at Suples; but still maintain their spot on “Suples Elite” and “Suples Strong” because they work out three (3) or more times on their own and those accomplishments are validated as specified.
As long as the athlete trains at home in accordance with the customized protocols, and parents sign the form, validating that the wrestler completed the strength and conditioning work out from Coach Delchev; only by such verified commitment by the signature from the parent can we consider them on the “Suples Elite” and “Suples Strong” Teams in fairness to their fellow Teammates.
New Suples Training Packages:
One Full Month Training each day at Suples Gym Monday - Saturday - $175 per month ( all the weekend training days, camps and clinics will be free of additional charge for athletes who pay the monthly package of $175)
One Full Month Training 3 times per week at Suples Gym Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - $100 per month ( weekend training days - additional $25, for weekend camps the additional fee will be required of extra $25 just for the weekend camp)
One Full Month Training 2 times per week at Suples Gym ( athlete can choose which 2 days can use during the week and be consistent between Monday, Tuesday or Thursday) $75 per month - (Weekend camp $50)
One Full Month Training 1 per week at Suples Gym ( athlete can choose which day can use during the week and be consistent between Monday, Tuesday or Thursday) $50 per month (Weekend camp $50)
