The current training schedule is as follows:

Suples Strong & Elite (minimum 6 times a week including tournaments)

Cost $175 per month (all days including morning workouts)

Suples Fit (5 or less practices a week including tournaments)

Cost $100 per month for 3 days/wk (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday)

Cost $75 per month for 2 days/wk (Two days of the three listed above but must be consistent)

Cost $50 per month for 1 day/wk (1 day of the three listed above but must be consistent)

Little Tigers

Cost $50 per month (Tuesday and Wednesday)

Cost $75 per month (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

Elite/Strong/Fit 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Elite/Strong/Fit 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday  
Morning 5:45 - 7:15 a.m.
Little Tigers 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Elite/Strong/Fit 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Wednesday  
Little Tigers 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Elite/Strong 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Thursday  
Morning 5:45 - 7:15 a.m.
Little Tigers 5:30 - 6:30 p.m
Elite/Strong/Fit 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Friday  
Combined (Elite/Strong) 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Friday (Full-time only)  
Elite/Strong 6:30 a.m. - Conclusion

(The athletes for Suples Fit must attend these assigned days only unless they have discussed extenuating circumstances and have attained the Coaches approval to come on different days.)

Suples workouts may be a little longer or a little shorter based on the volume and intensity of the training periodization.
